Information for Students:

The College of Pharmacy Media Support Office provides technical assistance to students, faculty and staff within the College of Pharmacy related to viewing streaming lecture videos and computer-generated presentations.

If you need assistance with logging into WebCT or if you encounter any technical problems (aside from video viewing problems) while using WebCT, please contact the UF Computing Help Desk. They can be reached by telephone (352) 392-4357 or by e-mail: helpdesk@.ufl.edu

If you need assistance with viewing streaming lecture videos, or any other content that is marked as being supported by the College of Pharmacy Media Support office, please contact the COP Media Support Office.

Information for Faculty and Staff:

Faculty and staff can obtain additional information about media support services by logging into the Admin and Training (COP) site on WebCT. Contact mediahelp@cop.ufl.edu if you do not have access to this WebCT site or if you need assistance logging in the site.
